PSP touched!

Elke on the PSP

Omg is that Elke playing on a Sony PSP? No it’s not ours… but the owner lives at 500m from our place so who cares! Kaato’s PSP arrived today and we just had to bother him and try it out. Although I am more of a Wipeout fan, Elke had a go on Lumines, already breaking tonight’s records with 24 minutes reaching level 21.

It’s a beautiful piece of hardware though… anyone want to buy me one?

is it better/cooler than the ds in your opinion?

it’s different. if you want a hi-tech sexy handheld with big ass screen of high quality and great graphics, psp is the way to go. but remember, that’s a ps2 in your pocket, so don’t expect anything more than what you are playing on your xbox, ps2 or gamecube now at home.

if you want original and new kind of games, ds is the console for you. also, i’m less scared to take my ds on the road, because of scratches and being robbed etc.

if you are crazy about gaming, i’d say, get them both. they are each great machines in their own ways. if you get a psp, you’ll miss out on animal crossing, katamari damasci, nintendogs, probably some great zelda and mario games etc. get only a ds and you’re already missing wipeout, lumines, gt4 and more.

but i guess that goes for all consoles. that’s why my advice is: buy all :D it’s a win-win situation (except for the wallet)

I’ll prolly buy it anyway. Just cuz I’m a freak ;) I just think the psp is way too expensive for what it is (a portable ps2).
